About Beckman Early Speech Therapy
Hi, I’m Ali Beckman, Speech Pathologist and founder of BEST. Since founding BEST I feel so fortunate to be welcomed into your home, so here is a glimpse at mine.
In 2011, I had just had my second child and I was enjoying providing Early Intervention therapy through my employer. At that time I realized if I started my own business, it would give me much more flexibility and more time with my family. This is when “BEST” was born!
In between nap times and nursing, and adding another child to our family, I became a certified vendor with the Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB) and hit the ground running. “I” became “We” and BEST has become a team of 7 Speech Therapists and 4 Reading Specialists in the Bay Area, 1 virtual only Speech Therapist, and 3 Speech Therapists in the Sacramento Area. We now service clients all over the Bay Area and Sacramento via the Regional Center, as well as patients with Kaiser and privately.
As a parent myself, I understand and appreciate the need another parent may have to see their child effectively communicate and thrive. At BEST we pride ourselves on skill coupled with compassion for the needs of our patients and families of patients.

Our Sacramento Area in-home service area includes: Roseville, Rocklin, Auburn, Citrus Heights, Sacramento, Elk Grove, Rancho Cordova…
We also offer virtual sessions over Zoom.
